Ins lichtblaue nämlich mit zärtlichen Schwalben
im Dunkel vernehm ich die Vogeltonalben

des Frühlings in diesem finsteren Jahr.
Friederike (sie war doch gerade noch da?)

grüßte den wirbelnden Rittersporn: hi!
aber ich bin voll Zorn und verliere den Faden

für mein mützchen v. fury, bin so im diamond.
über uns beiden süsz verbeult schwankt

der Vollmond v. gestern und mitten in seinen Pupillen
schwarz wie dein Haar, sitzen zwei Schwestern:

die Liebe und die geschliffene Anmut v. Sprache
und leuchten uns einen Weg durchs

Wäldchen im Herzen = dunkles Jahrzehnt
v. fury und Furcht. aber hi! trotzdem tanz ich

trotzdem schreibe ich munter: Schwertlilienmonat

greeted the spiralling larkspur: hi!
but i'm full of rage and am losing the thread

for the little hat of fury on my head, i'm so in diamond.
above the two of us hangs yesterday’s full moon

sweetly bruised, and in the centre of its
pupils, black as your hair, sit two sisters:

love and the polished grace of language
lighting our way through the

thicket of our hearts = dark decade
of fury and fear. but hi! i’m still dancing

i’m still here. i write without a frown: irismonth
